From November 1 to 12, 2025, our team from headquarters in Mexico was on the road to support projects, strengthen customer relationships, and gain valuable insights into local processes.

Our stations:

  • Guanajuato: Our RiuS1700 machine was finally put into operation—an important step for our joint project.
  • Lagos de Moreno: We repaired an ACM18 machine after it was damaged in transit. Experience shows that special packaging solutions are needed for Mexico to ensure that our technology arrives safely.
  • Aguascalientes: During an important customer visit, it became clear how valuable personal consultation is. Together, we are planning measures to reduce particle sources in production.
  • San Luis Potosi: Here, we are supporting the establishment of a new production line in the field of electromobility and assisting with the implementation of a clean room (ISO class 8). The next RiuS1700 is already on its way.
  • Querétaro: A brief but important stop at our laboratory: the focus was on topics such as upcoming accreditation, new testing procedures, and innovative packaging solutions.

Our conclusion: Nothing can replace direct communication on site. Personal encounters not only promote teamwork, but also build trust and create new perspectives for our customers. We look forward to continuing our close collaboration with our colleagues in Mexico and the US—and to many more successful projects.
