On July 15 and 16, 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting the meeting of the ZVEI Component Cleanliness Working Group, which was attended by around 20 enthusiastic participants from the industry.

Global partnerships are extremely important in an industrial world that is growing ever closer together. Not only is information about projects in the respective countries important, but also supporting our international customers in their native language is an advantage.

It is crucial that the specifications and standards for new requirements are always kept up to date. This is the only way to ensure that the established limits are adhered to and that the system is not damaged.

An outstanding example of this was a meeting in April 2024 in the south of Paris, where our Vice President Markus Roessler from the USA met our colleagues Bilal Cheaitou and Christian Deisenroth from Germany. Together, they conducted a 4-day audit to develop a comprehensive concept for compliance with the standards.

We visit our laboratories on the other side of the world at regular intervals. This year is no exception. From 22 June to 4 July 2024, our colleague Christian Deisenroth will be visiting the continent for the 5th time. The aim of these visits is to optimise activities in Mexico and also between the laboratories in China, the USA and Germany. The standards set by GLÄSER GmbH are also scrutinised and improved where necessary.

From 14.05.2024 to 15.05.2024 we were guests at the annual SV event for technical cleanliness this time in Kassel-Baunatal.

The automotive industry finds itself in a challenging situation. New technologies go hand in hand with new damage mechanisms. These in turn require new production technologies and appropriate responses from us as experts in technical cleanliness. This is why we have not only developed the new A2W hybrid particle extraction machine, but have also expanded our portfolio of consulting services to include risk analyses and support in the creation of new component specifications. As a result, a new department has recently been set up to deal with these issues, providing consulting, standardisation and staff training in accordance with VDA19.1/ISO16232 and VDA19.2 recommendations – worldwide. We are pleased to present our brand new A2W “Air2Water” hybrid extraction machine at this year’s parts2clean.

In mid-2020, we began expanding our existing site in the “Heilgenfeld” industrial estate in Horber. After a short construction period, the workforce has now moved from the Bildechingen site to the newly created premises.
