Thanks to our global laboratories in China, Germany, Mexico and the USA, we are optimally networked and are in constant dialogue. This cross-border cooperation enables us to combine knowledge and experience from different regions and thus work more efficiently.
f.l.t.r. Christian Deisenroth, Bilal Cheaitou, Markus Roessler
An outstanding example of this was a meeting in April 2024 in the south of Paris, where our Vice President Markus Roessler from the USA met our colleagues Bilal Cheaitou and Christian Deisenroth from Germany. Together, they conducted a 4-day audit to develop a comprehensive concept for compliance with the standards.
We already actively support this customer in several countries, which gives us a broad knowledge base.
This is an advantage for the French plant and therefore we spent 4 days discussing, training, documenting and answering questions with concentrated expertise.
The result: a guideline that covers all topics relating to achieving the required limits, not just one-sidedly, but with the help of the audits previously carried out in other plants.
The effort involved is enormous, but the result is what counts and we will repeat this at another plant in Mexico. This time with our colleagues on site and our colleague in the USA.
In addition to excellent work, it’s also fun to mix with colleagues. Everyone has their own approach, which brings a breath of fresh air to our work despite the standards.
